Founded in 2013 by Arifah Shahriman, Arifah Hot Oven began as a personal passion and has since evolved into a distinguished name in bespoke baking. Arifah, an alumna of the Malaysian Institute of Baking, holds diplomas in Baking Science & Technology and Patisserie from City & Guilds International, London, along with an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (Patisserie Studies). With over a decade of experience, we are committed to delivering handcrafted cakes that blend visual elegance with exceptional taste.

Royal Cake Commissioned
It was a great honour to be entrusted with a royal birthday cake for His Majesty, Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan, commissioned by Hospital Pakar Kanak-kanak UKM (HPKK UKM).
The cake was a structured, mostly edible replica of the hospital's iconic building — made from 80% vanilla butter cake, weighing approximately 120kg, and measuring 4ft x 3ft with a height of 2ft.
This was our biggest and heaviest cake to date, and a meaningful milestone for our team. Designed for visual impact and structural integrity, it was executed under tight coordination and crafted with precision for the royal banquet setting.
