If you should cancel our order within (7) days of collection date. Please note that there is a 20% order consultation / processing fee that is not refundable.

2.3 Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same conditions as received and in the original packaging. Orders placed with less than the required notice are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the product description, including preparation time, before completing checkout.

• Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Failure to comply with the stated preorder notice.

• The warranty for our products covers only production defects. It does not extend to normal wear and tear or misuse by the consumer.
