By using the Arifah Hot Oven e-commerce platform, users agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If users do not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using our services.

2. Products and Orders:

• We strive to provide accurate product information and fulfill orders promptly.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Product Description & Customization Limits: Ready stock cakes are pre-made with specific designs and flavors. Customization is limited to text only. No changes to design, color, or decoration are allowed.

   

• Text Customization: Text can be added in a standard font. We cannot replicate specific fonts or logos. Messages should be 3-4 words max.

   

• Minor Changes: No color or design adjustments. The product is pre-made and cannot be altered.

3. Pricing and Payment:

• Prices listed on our website are accurate at the time of publication.
• Payment methods accepted are specified on our website.

• We will only process your order once full payment is received for orders below RM300, or a 70% deposit is made for larger orders.

• We reserve the right to apply additional charges for any last-minute changes or additional services requested after the order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

• Delivery times and shipping costs are clearly communicated to users.
• We aim to deliver products within the specified timeframe.

• Ready stock cakes are available for immediate pickup or delivery. Specific timing requests cannot be guaranteed. Late delivery caused by other factors is beyond our control.

• All deliveries are facilitated by Lalamove. Please allow an additional 15 to 

  45 minutes for delivery times, as this may vary based on the driver's location and availability. 

• For purchases totaling RM500 and above, we will personally handle the delivery to ensure the best service. 

• A surcharge ranging from RM20 to RM50 will apply for early pick-ups or deliveries requested outside of our regular operating hours.

• Please note that deliveries arranged through third-party providers such as Lalamove are at customer's own risk. While we take every precaution to secure and protect your cakes and desserts for transit, Arifah Hot Oven will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during third-party delivery. By choosing to proceed with third-party delivery, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the condition of the items upon arrival.

5. Returns and Refunds:

• Our return policy, including conditions for returns and refunds, is outlined on our website.
• No refunds or exchanges for ready stock cakes. If there's a quality issue, contact us immediately with clear evidence (photos).

6. Privacy Policy:

Our privacy policy details how user information is collected, used, and protected. 

7. Customer Communication:

We communicate with users regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential issues. Respectful communication is required. We reserve the right to refuse service for rude or unreasonable demands.
